CleanGuardX Non-Contact Touch Tool & Keychain Door Opener
How can CleanGuardX Touch Tool protect me?
Very simply and effectively. Our Touch Tool is made of brass, an alloy containing mostly copper. Copper is known to have inherent antimacrobial properties. That is, upon contact, copper can slow or kill microbes such as bacteria, viruses, protozoans and fungi. Microbes die 18x faster on copper than they do on plastic. By using our Touch Tool instead of your fingers on, for example but not limited to, door handles, touchscreens, ATM buttons, elevator buttons, light switches, you limit the possibility of catching germs that were present on these shared surfaces. In addition, as mentioned previously, microbes have a massively shorter lifespan on copper than on most other materials. Using our Touch Tool therefore greatly reduces the probability of being infected by harmful germs. However, it does not mean that using our Touch Tool would render anyone fully immune to infection.
Should I still wash my hands and respect social distancing or other measures prescribed by the authorities?
Absolutely. The use of our Touch Tool is a supplemental measure and must not be a substitute to standard infection control practices nor to any measure prescribed by the authorities.
Can I clean my Touch Tool?
Yes. You can do so using disinfectant gel or wipes.
What is the difference between microbes, bacteria, viruses and germs?
Microbes means living microorganisms. Germs is a synonym for microbes. Bacteria, viruses as well as protozoans and fungi are types of microbes, or types of germs. Bacteria are single-cell organisms; some bacteria are useful and needed, such as gut bacteria involved in our digestion and it is estimated that only 1% of bacteria are cause diseases. Viruses are non-living organisms made of one or more molecules surrounded by a protein coat. Viruses need to invade cells in order to live and reproduce. This is why avoiding contact with germ-infected areas, on which viruses can survive for some time, is crucial.
CleanGuardX Touchless Automatic Water Tap & Faucet Sensor Adapter
Will the Adapter fit my faucet?
Yes, it's been designed to fit 95% of faucet types used in residential and commercial constructions, leaving out only a few special-use faucets (such as for industrial purposes). And if you happened to have any issue, we're here to help and we have a no-hassle 30-day Money-Back Guarantee.
How do you switch from hot to cold?
Very easy: as you normally would by using the faucet's handle(s).
Will the Adapter work indifferently with single or 2-handles faucet?
Is there an adapter that can connect to a pull-down hose/faucet?
Unfortunately, pull-down hoses/faucets do not have any internal nor external thread that is necessary to connect the Adapter.
What happens when the Adapter battery runs out?
This is under control. When the battery is low, the battery indicator will flash to indicate it's time to recharge. And if the battery couldn't be replaced before they completely ran out, the Adapter would close off and stop, without any risk of water leakage.
Should I turn turn off the water when recharging the battery?
Yes, this is recommended.
CleanGuardX Touchless Automatic Sensor Soap & Hand Sanitizer Dispenser
What kind of soap should I use?
Any usual type of soap will do. If it happens to be too thick for the Dispenser to work properly, dilute with some water.
Does it work with hand sanitizer?
Does it work with shampoo, conditioner, or dishwashing liquid?
Yes, absolutely. However, it is not recommended to have the Dispenser constantly in the shower as sustained contact with water may affect the batteries.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, it's IPX6 waterproof. However, it is not recommended to have the Dispenser constantly in the shower for example, as sustained contact with water may affect the batteries.
Do you have to turn it on (using the bottom switch) every time you want to use it?
No, once it's set you may leave it on as it will only use battery power when needed to dispense soap or hand sanitizer. You would turn it off when you need to handle it, such as for replenishing, in order to avoid accidental activation during manipulation.
Can I adjust the liquid output quantity?
The output quantity has been set to offer an optimal cleaning while avoiding excess consumption and cannot be set.
Are batteries sold with the device?
No, you would have to purchase them separately.
